| In order to offer new services to faculty and students, Manchester Business School, has signed an agreement with CrossKnowledge to develop distance and e-learning for its MBA programme. The goal is to strengthen the teaching quality of distance learning for the coursework and workgroups. |

| CrossKnowledge has signed an agreement with Brandeis International Business School to provide business-related educational materials for nearly 400 students who come from 60 different countries. Students have access to CrossKnowledge management fundamentals. The Brandeis International Business School, located in Waltham, Massachusetts, focuses on educating principled leaders in business, economics and finance for the global economy. |

| The Essec Group, which had already been using CrossKnowledge modules for many years in its Executive MBA and Masters programmes, has expanded its partnership with CrossKnowledge for all its students (>3000). Objective: strengthen the educational effectiveness of remote lessons and group work. The entire CrossKnowledge catalogue is now available for all the school's programmes (including initial training). |

| The group has put in place a campus which allows all participants in the ESCP-EAP MBA to be supported with a view to provision of the academic fundamentals (Finance, Management, Strategy, Marketing, etc.). |

| The partnership relates to the provision of CrossKnowledge remote training solutions to all the teachers and students of the Groupe Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management from September 2006. The online modules will be used as a complement to the current educational resources. |

| CrossKnowledge has developed a series of some 300 multimedia modules, each of which is 30 minutes in length and can be taken in either English or French. All of the modules include a built-in evaluation system that allows for measurement of student progress.
