In your opinion,
According to what Values does CrossKnowledge serve its clients and work with its partners and suppliers? Which values does each CrossKnowledge employee apply in committing himself to communicating with his colleagues, making decisions, recruiting, managing his projects or solving his problems? With which values did we decide to build our success, both personal and shared?
All these are questions we asked ourselves during this background work. The hardest part was not formalising our values, but would instead be sharing them, putting them into practice now and ensuring that they survive in the future! A group, made up of representative members of all CrossKnowledge departments, took on the task of making this commitment a reality, so that we can share them with all those around us. The fruits of this work are the best way to introduce CrossKnowledge. These are also, and above all, an invitation to dialogue.
